We've booked a beautiful High Tea at the Heritage Gardens Cafe Tea House to celebrate Mother's Day for the most exceptional, hard-working, supermums we know: those raising twins, triplets or quads. Sunday 24 May from 1pm ONLY $30 for members (less than 50% the full cost) Enjoy a glass of bubbly on arrival for a discounted rate of $10 (optional) No kids. No chaos. Just time for you. Only 22 spots available due to venue capacity RSVP by 17 May unless sold out prior Give yourself an afternoon to get dressed up, enjoy some delicious savoury and sweet delights, and connect with other mums of multiples. Note: Please specify if you have dietary requirements. The High Tea can be catered for those needing gluten free or vegetarian options. If you have another requirement (eg. dairy free, onion free) we will contact you with what options are available off the menu.

Book in a mini photo session with Georgia from Tide and Tribe Photography to capture the memory of this day forever. At a special rate of just $50, this includes 2 professional edited images of pictures at the venue with a beautiful backdrop. Timing may be subject to change due to the nature of the event! To make the most of this opportunity, it is recommended that families who are booking pictures dress in beige, browns, white, soft pinks or soft blues. Join us for our annual NMBC Trains Day birthday celebration. Once again, we will open our doors to friends and family. Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 21st, and get ready for a day of train-filled fun! This exclusive event is reserved for NMBC members and their guests, offering a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a day of trains, rides, and memories. Here are the details:  Date: Sunday, September 21, 2025  Time: Trains will be running from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a short break for lunch, and then resuming from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Pricing: NMBC Members: FREE Children (Non-Members): $10 per child Adults (Non-Members): $15 per adult Family Package (2 adults + 2 children): $40 This is a private event, but ticket sales do help with our annual fundraising efforts, so invite your friends and family to share in the excitement. To make the most of your day, here are some important notes:  Wear comfortable, covered shoes to ride the trains safely.  BYO lunch, snacks, and drinks (please note that no food can be purchased on-site).  Picnic tables are available, and there's plenty of grassy space for you to set up your picnic blankets and enjoy the day. Newcastle Multiple Birth Club (NMBC) is inviting all families with twins, triplets or quadruplets to a very special playgroup session for Multiple Birth Awareness Week. This year's theme is 'Make it a Good Start' and NMBC is committed to do that through offering free playgroups to our members plus much more. We have these playgroups fortnightly, but this one on Friday 19 March from 9:30am - 11:30am is open to all multiple birth families including those who are not yet members of NMBC. The location of the Newcastle Playgroup is in Adamstown. Once you have registered, you will be emailed the specific playgroup address. In addition to our regular volunteers, this playgroup will also be visited by The Hon. Sharon Claydon, Member for Newcastle and The Hon. Pat Conroy, Member for Shortland. We may also have some local media present. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please notify us on the day. As this playgroup is particularly for families with multiples, we ask that you share what type of multiples you have and their age in the 'details' section when ordering your free ticket.

Grill'd The Junction is hosting a fundraising Trivia Night for the Newcastle Multiple Birth Club (NMBC) on Tuesday 25th Feb. Tickets are $25 per person which includes a standard burger, snack chips and trivia. PLUS $10 from every ticket sold will be donated to NMBC to help us provide education, resources and support to families with twins, triplets or quadruplets across the greater Newcastle region. Drinks will be sold separately. Reserve a seat by booking here, but pay for your $25 ticket on the night at Grill'd. Suggested arrival time is 6pm, but trivia won't start until 6:30pm. Come ready with a team of 4-8 people or come solo and make some new friends! Venue capacity is 100 people so be sure to reserve your place today. While children are welcome too, the trivia is for our adult guests. Who are we? Newcastle Multiple Birth Club Inc. (NMBC) offers support to parents of twins, triplets or more, and to those expecting a multiple birth. We are a voluntary non-profit organisation, providing friendship as well as advice and information on the experience of raising multiples.
